焊接机器人工作现场图

           公司配备了五台全自动化焊接机器人。全自动机器人生产线可以生产φ270mm一1m以内的各种焊接结构件，可以焊接4mm-20mm各种形状的角焊缝，平早缝。 

           We have 5 automated welding robots. It is capable of producing φ 270mm - lm welding components,and it can do various forms of fillet weld, flat weld, as long as the weld gap is between 4 mm - 20mm.
    
          目前可以大批量生产各种预应力，非预应力和构造法兰。焊缝均匀饱满美观， 完全解决了人工焊接的漏焊重焊现象。
           We now can produce large quantity of flange in various forms. The welding gap is solid and smooth. The automaed welding has perfectly removed possile human mistakes, like omission, in the production process.
